Weiters gibt es eine Lösungsdatei für das Word Dokument Leadership, welche die Schülerinnen und Schüler ausarbeiten müssen. Zwei weitere Übungseinheiten können angeschlossen werden, wenn man den Film Kung Fu Panda anschaut und die Führungsstile und Feedbackmethoden der Akteure danach gemeinsam bespricht. Ansonsten diesen Teil aus den Unterlagen einfach ignorieren oder löschen. |
Tasks
Leadership (German: Führung) means the conscious and purposeful influence on people. The goals are usually in line with those of the organization. Through leadership, supervisors, together with their employees, aim to achieve these goals.
A leadership style is the method by which a leader gives instructions, implements plans, and motivates people.
In the presentation, you will learn about the advantages and disadvantages of different leadership styles.
- Fill out the first page of the Word file "Leadership" together with your teacher.
- Find expressions related to problem solving, motivation, teamwork and feedback.
- After that translate the phrases from page 2.
